  • requesting NSFW artwork is not allowed, this includes artwork depicting fetishes.

  • barbie doll anatomy is not considered NSFW, as it is commonly used in ref sheets.

  • credit me when or if posting your commissioned artwork on social media, it is not required to credit me if you are using my work as your pfp.

  • you cannot alter the final product unless if you are given direct permission from me

  • If you do not wish for your commission to be posted online, used in my gallery, or kept on Trello, Please ask me not to share it.

  • payment can be half upfront, half before the final product is given OR fully paid upfront. The extras section are the only exception, and are to be paid in full any time before the final product will be given.

  • If your commission's final price is $20 or more, you can choose to partially or fully pay your commission through gifting 2b2t priority queue. anything left that is still owed can be paid normally.

  • for those still under parental custody and guidance AND/OR are minors under the age of 18: by commissioning me, you agree that the money you use to pay is your own, and you have permission to use it. Please do not steal your parent's credit cards, it will end badly.

  • Commissions will usually take 1-14 days to complete after taken out of queue. The only exception is for animations. Due to my animations being drawn frame-by-frame, they take a much longer time, and therefore will take anywhere from 5-40 days to complete based on complexity. You can find the progress of your commission on my Trello.

  • for all commissions with the exception of extras: a full refund will be given if requested before a final sketch is agreed upon. Afterwards, only a partial (50%) refund will be allowed. If I make it past the first half of the coloring stage before a request to refund is made, NO refund will be given.

  • for Extra type commissions: No refunds will be given

  • These Terms of Service will be changed over time, commissioners will be informed of any changes that are made during the production of their commission.
